Extract, Amend or Import Static Data
PostTrans for Sage 200 will allow the user to Extract, Amend and Import the following data Asset, Customer / Suppliers, Stock, Warehouse Bins (including Stock Take), BOM's and Manufacturing, Alternate Stock Codes, Stock Analysis Search Values, Price Matrix, Price Price Bands, Supplier Prices, Locations, Nominal Accounts, Projects Structure inc Title, Budgets etc. etc.
Validation
While importing new or amended data PostTrans validate for any errors in the data. This includes text which are too long or codes which are invalid. This allows the user to correct the data, within Excel, before posting corrections back to Sage 200.
