Before you start.
You’ll need Microsoft Excel on Windows. PostTrans does not run in Excel for Mac. Install while signed in as the person who will use PostTrans; installation is per user and does not require administrator rights.
FROM DOWNLOAD TO YOUR FIRST IMPORT
Make yourself at home.
Install PostTrans.
Run the installer and follow the setup prompts. Open Excel to find the PostTrans toolbar.
Connect and explore.
Follow the prompts to register and grant access to your Xero company. Evaluate the full product with a Xero demonstration company.

Press Setup on the toolbar, then View your Accounts and Billing to manage your subscription. When you use a live company, you’ll be asked for card details. Billing is monthly and future renewals can be cancelled at any time.
Standard allows one live company per day. Pro removes that restriction.
